We always struggle to not to be captive of our mind. The only solace is in your sentence,we are spiritual beings having physical experiences.Without delving and dissolving in no-thingness there is nothing in chasing and capturing.
Very profound thoughts, Reema. How true it is to think we always keep doing something and we are not used to doing NOTHING. Something to ponder. Thanks for sharing - Cheers, Jaya (Jb)
Simply amazing! Spiritually is indeed the final answer! We have to go beyond our dualistic nature and delusions! We have to find equanimity and get to a state where we learn to let go of ourselves and hence no ego, no complaints and no expectations!!
Beautifully expressed Reema. Learning to be in the present and to be comfortable with that is something we have all faced at some point in our lives and yet it is such a simple process if we can train our minds to do just that.
Extremely well articulated Reema. We need to question the need to be "doing" all the time. As you say sitting still and allowing the thoughts to play in one's mind is still difficult for many of us.
Nicely put together Reema... I like the reminder that we don't follow commandments, we seek and it is my firm belief - to shed what is not useful and absorb new ways of being...to learn just to be
Getting off the galloping horses, even if it means a successful life , is the only way to get in touch with our inner self. Spirituality will get us the riches that chasing can't, Reema agree completely 👍🙏

for an atheist who is never bored of doing nothing...its a well argued counter opinion.. look forward to more..
